📦 Understanding Our Shipping Terms (Incoterms)
We use Incoterms to make clear who handles shipping, insurance, and risk.
EXW (Ex Works): Pick up from our location. Buyer pays all transport and takes all risk from our premises.
FCA (Free Carrier): We deliver goods to your chosen carrier. You handle transport from there.
CPT (Carriage Paid To): We pay transport to your destination, but risk passes to you when the carrier gets the goods.
CIP (Carriage & Insurance Paid To): Same as CPT, but we also arrange insurance.
Tip: These terms are about shipping responsibility, not payment or product ownership.
